The call for applications for the French-African Young Leaders program is currently open and is targeting

the Ghanaian diaspora in France and in Europe. Given the partnership with Ghana this year, the Foundation is encouraging as many applications as possible from Ghana, with the aim of including a few Ghanaians in the 2019 Young Leader cohort.

Some key information:

The 2019 edition of the French-African Young Leaders program is under the double patronage of the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, and the President of the Republic of Ghana, Mr. Nana Akufo-Addo. This program aims to contribute to the emergence of a new generation of young leaders, who will build lasting relationships with each other, network with leaders from the public and private sectors in Africa and in France, and, most importantly, have access to a powerful advocacy platform through which to draw attention to the issues they are addressing in their professions or entrepreneurial activities.

After an intercontinental call for applications, 30 young African and French leaders will be invited to two sessions, the first in France in July, the second in Ghana in October for mentoring, training and high-level networking.
